Do you give any discounts to a practice
that does large volume?
Our practice does over $1.5 million in receipts each year and we
feel that we should be able to negotiate.
First, we
rarely take on new practices.
There are a few exceptions.
Our minimum for a client is $1,000,000.00 per year in net
receipts. We used to
have a $500,000.00 minimum but the demand for our services is so
high, we have had to increase our minimum.
Most of our clients are group practices with large volume.
We have many clients that generate $1,000,000.00
per month in net receipts.
Negotiation is
always an option but not at that level.
We have on occasion negotiated fees with Mohs surgeons.
