Do you give any discounts to a practice
that does large volume?
Our practice does over $1.5 million in receipts each year and we
feel that we should be able to negotiate.
First, we
rarely take on new practices.
There are a few exceptions.
Our minimum for a client is $500,000.00 per year in net
receipts. Most of our clients are group practices with large volume.
We have many clients that generate $1,000,000.00
per month in net receipts.
Negotiation is
always an option but not at that level.
We have on occasion negotiated fees with Mohs surgeons.
