President, Inga Ellzey Practice Group, West Coast Dermatology Billers, and Dermatology Billing Associates 

The founder and president of three nationally recognized dermatology companies, Inga Ellzey has more than 38 years of experience in the field of dermatology, including 16 years working with a private practicing dermatologist. She is widely recognized as the industry’s foremost expert in dermatology coding, documentation and reimbursement.  

In addition to serving as the president of the Inga Ellzey Practice Group, Inga is the CEO and founder of two national dermatology-specific billing services – Dermatology Billing Associates and West Coast Dermatology Billers. Together, they serve more than 100 dermatology practices in 28 states, processing over $200 million in insurance claims annually.

In 1997, Inga formed the Inga Ellzey Dermatology Institute, which offers a nationally recognized Dermatology Coding Course for physicians and staff leading to a credential as a Certified Dermatology Coder (CDC).  The four- to six-month program certifies students in all aspects of dermatology Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) coding.

In addition to publishing her own newsletter, Dermatology Coding & Practice Management, Inga is a contributing author to several national dermatology publications, including Dermatology Times, Skin & Aging News, and the Journal of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Inga’s educational credentials include a master’s degree in public administration, a bachelor’s degree in medical records administration and a national certification as a registered health information administrator.

Inga is a long-standing member of the American Health Information Management Association and the Healthcare Billing and Management Association.

Chief Executive Officer, The Ellzey Group 

Manny delaRosa is a veteran executive with more than 30 years experience in sales, marketing, operations, product design and development, and motivational management.

 In 1987, as the founder and president of Medical Software Management (MSM), he co-developed Kiron practice management software, a breakthrough product featuring a new super-bill scanning technology designed specifically for the dermatology industry. 

Before joining The Ellzey Group in 2010, Manny worked as the executive vice president of Blade Sportswear, where he tripled sales revenue, increased profit margins by 10 percent, and helped the company garner five prestigious Image of the Year Awards.  He also spearheaded the development of FAB3 fabrics and Fiber Graphic Technology.​

Director of Billing Operations, Dermatology Billing Associates and West Coast Dermatology Billers 

Risa Kanavas is a veteran of the dermatology industry, with more than 20 years experience in all aspects of dermatology billing.  Before joining West Coast Dermatology Billers, she worked for a large Southern California dermatology group with more than 10 locations.

During her 10-year tenure, Risa centralized the group’s billing operations while earning her credential as a Certified Dermatology Coder. She later joined West Coast Dermatology Billers, where she has worked as general manager for the past 13 years. In January 2011, she was promoted to director of billing operations for Dermatology Billing Associates and West Coast Dermatology Billers.

General Manager, West Coast Derm Billers 

With 14 years of dedicated service at West Coast Derm Billers, Nikki has served as Manager of Operations since 2002 and was recently promoted to General Manager in 2011.  Nikki began her career at West Coast in the front office and quickly earned a reputation for her problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service. These strong core values helped Nikki advance to various positions within the company giving her an expansive knowledge of all aspects of Dermatology Billing. In her current position, Nikki looks forward to meeting the complex needs of her customers/clients and maintaining a long-term business relationship.
